Injection molding

Our plastic moulding department consists of a line of horizontal injection presses with tonnage of between 50 and 650 tons. We are able to produce technical details within a range from 0.5 grams to 1500 grams for print.

Thanks to highly specialised machinery and cutting edge technology that we possess, the moulding of plastics is carried out using the most modern materials to ensure durability and reliability of produced items.

The raw materials used are many and varied, in addition to the classic thermoplastic resins such as:

  • PP, PE, ABS, PA, PPO, POM, etc.,

New generation engineering work such as PPS, PPA IXEF Para®, PVDF, PPVictrex® PEEKSU, PFA.

Our technicians follow every moulding stage and ensure quality articles for the most diverse needs, dealing with:

  • Processing of plastics, with accessories and assembly
  • Production of plastic articles for various industrial sectors
  • The choice, together with the customer, of the best plastics granules for use in manufacturing
